Administrative:
1. To constantly review the Security Power-BI dashboard and to create new dashboards as and
when required, preparing monthly security EDM across all departments, and assisting with
any Security monthly PowerPoint updates.
2. To assist in audit preparations, such as TAPA, STP Plus, and Customers’ audit through
generating reports and collecting relevant CCTV screenshots.
3. To assist in raising PR that the Head of Security has requested.
4. To assist in programming all Staff Passes with zero delay (not more than 3 days).
5. To assist in registering Staff facial recognition into the central remote system and allowing
staff to gain access to Schenker sites.
6. To assist with the security survey and claims handling against any security officers/security
systems.
7. To request a quotation from security vendors or security equipment providers when
requested by the program managers or project team.
8. To be responsible for the preparation and printing of employee photo ID badges.
Operational:
1. To assist in investigating any suspected loss prevention in Schenker sites with the program
managers (reviewing of CCTV).
2. To conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain and update appropriate security
programs.
3. To monitor compliance, performance, and trends to ensure freight/logistics risks are
identified and effectively controlled.
4. To assist in the maintenance and serviceability of the security system, such as CCTV, Access
Control System, and Intrusion Detection System.
5. To conduct Security spot-checks on Schenker premises and ensure that the security officers
are performing their due diligence with the Standard Operating Processes provided by
Schenker Security.
6. To conduct Security Awareness Training to all Programs (individual unit; within a 12-month
duration).
7. Other duties as and when assigned by the Head of Security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a cybersecurity or infrastructure security role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry preferred.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and threat modeling.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
- Good understanding of network protocols, cloud security (Azure/AWS), and identity management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are a plus.
