Join Our Team as a Process Engineer!
We’re looking for a Process Engineer to support our growing Contract Logistics business in Ireland, working across all phases of process design, warehouse design, costing, and implementation.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations—helping shape the way we deliver for our customers while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Location: Parsonstown or Intel Site (with partial work-from-home - flexibility)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–16:30, Friday 8:00–15:30
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Process Engineer, you will:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Interpret client needs, analyse their data, and build tailored solutions.
- Define and implement operational process flows (receiving, put-away, capacity planning, replenishment, picking strategy).
- Develop cost models, write technical solution proposals, and support overall bids.
- Track budgets, schedules, and plans, and provide regular project status updates.
- Develop specifications, coordinate procurement, oversee installation, and manage business sign-off at all stages.
- Coordinate project implementation and ensure smooth SOP handover to operations.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams on WMS configuration and network setup.
- Partner with project managers, senior engineers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, performance standards, and codes.
About You
Must-Haves
- 3rd level qualification in Project Management or an Engineering discipline
- Experience in a technical administrator or engineering project role
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent data analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, networking and teamwork abilities
- Self-starter mindset with drive, ambition, and customer focus
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Visio (process mapping)
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and methodologies
- Understanding of standard warehouse processes and equipment
- Familiarity with lean management principles
- Ability to coordinate site works and manage project administration
- Willingness to travel as needed
