- Interpret driver issues and create descriptive repair information for repairing technician.
- Schedule service and repairs in the shop through consultation with the shift supervisor.
- Monitor and report estimated time of completion for driver and Operations.
- Create and update purchase orders for parts and units at local vendors.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service for our driver team members.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Class 8 vehicle equipment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
- Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
- Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
- Earn up to 3 weeks' Vacation over the course of your first year + Holidays + Sick Days
