    Sus tareas

    Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with Business Partner to drive the following,
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and finaluze staffing needs, finalize JD, determine selection criteria and sourcing channels
    • Coordinate with Shared Services recruiters to share role requirement, fill this role in a timely manner, create salary proposals and oversee seamless onboarding
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Support C&B initiatives such as grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, annual increment, bonus, rewards and recognition initiatives
    Governance & Services
    • Ownership and roll-out P&O governance and policies (internal & statutory) at RHO - includes employee handbook, managing AskP&O platform, P&O Dashboards etc.
    • Manage employment areas such as, hiring and termination processes, mobility services, labor issues, confirmation process, contract edits, renewals and dismissals, expatriate management, control/processing of retirement, etc. and deliver people services within the stipulated service delivery time
    • Employee data management on all P&O platforms - ensuring data is accurate, complete and up-to date
    • Comply and submit statutory requirements such as, NS submissions, maternity and childcare leave claims, CPF contributions, consolidation of staff incentives, training grants and annual tax filing.
    • Own and manage mobility services with global mobility and shared services
    • Facilitate application and renewal of Singapore work passes and related dependent passes
    • Conduct employee exit related processes such as - exit interview process etc.
    • Audit & reporting to management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover, attendance report) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
    • Managing HR outsourcing vendors, Relocation services (domestic and international), Immigration services
    • Manage onsite training, engagement, P&O events, health and safety related drills as required
    • Vendor management and ensuring accuracy and quality of invoices
    • Participate and support in P&O Transformation related projects such as implementation of SAP Success Factors, Payroll system, Shared Services Centre etc.
    • Any other people & organization responsibilities as and when assigned

    Requerimientos

    • We value diversity - diverse profiles/background/education will surely stand-out
    • Min 6 years in Human Resources in multinational companies in Singapore. HR operations experience preferrable
    • Proficient in MS Excel and interest in HR technology is preferred
    • Good communication skills - written and verbal
