What will you be doing?
- Inventory management for all customer parts and tools
- In-out registration for specific tools
- Purchase consumables based on minimum inventory level and customer requests
- Proactive approach to supplier agreements (including price and lead time)
- Suggest process improvements based on experience and analytics accepting goods
- Make sure all parts are always in the correct compartments
- Keep all workshops, tool rooms and storage areas clean
- Will remain physically present (desk) in the workshops and other areas on the site
- Check tools for quality/functionality and propose replacement if necessary
- Communication and handling of deviations related to the above processes
- Prepare parts/tool kits for job assignment requirements
What are we looking for?
- At least two years of experience in logistics
- Good logistical and technical knowledge (tools, technical materials)
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Sharp eye for safety
- Strong in working independently and project-based
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Good command of the English language in word and writing
- Computer Skills -Microsoft Office and Computer Based WMS Technology
