Operations Manager - Contract Logistics - Benavente

Role Mission

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting, and implementing all operations and logistical activities; ensuring that all operations and logistics functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner, consistent with established corporate and client procedures and requirements.

Your tasks

• Plan, manage, and control all operational aspects, ensuring the highest level of service at the lowest cost.
• Coordinate and monitor site operations, ensuring safety, security, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as the liaison with the Site Manager to implement and manage operational strategies.
• Formulate strategies to improve performance, procure resources, and ensure financial well-being.
• Prepare and control operational budgets, manage inventory, and develop cost-control measures.
• Maintain and enforce safety programs, quality and productivity standards.
• Review, analyze, and optimize department processes, policies, and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile: 

• Academic background: Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience 
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics
• Proficiency in English
• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level

Type of contract: Fixed-term contract – 6 months – renewable
