- Assist Business Development Managers for Implementing new clients
- Analyze documents and requirements provided by customer
- Chase and Follow up for correct documents and information to Business Development Managers and other internal stakeholders
- Set up partner IDs, systems and reports as requested by customer
- Assist on change/deletion of entity name or address maintained in system
- Update instruction in system per customer whenever needed
- Adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
- Conduct daily calls and presentation to stakeholder
- Contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
- Do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor.
- Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Fresh Graduates are accepted
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and pay close attention to detail
- Team player, capable of succeeding in both team and solo setting
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Good coordination skills and task-oriented
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating flexibility
- Proper stakeholder management
