    Responsibilities:


    • Accountable for ensuring service delivery according to the global process model and agreed service level agreements and KPIs.
    • Act as escalation point and manage complaints at managerial level as well as track solutions.
    • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team.
    • Assigning workloads and tasks to team members, prioritizing and scheduling work.
    • Setting targets and goals for the team to achieve, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
    • Conducting regular performance evaluations and ensuring team members receive necessary training.
    • Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Continuously monitoring and improving accounts receivable procedures, processes, and systems.
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the accounts receivable function.
    • Identifying opportunities for process automation or improvement and recommending solutions.
    • Responsible for managing allocated budget as required.
    • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth integration of accounts receivable processes with other functions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding account receivable issues and processes.
    • Managing and resolving any escalations or issues related to customer payments or accounts.
    • Providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders on accounts receivable performance.
    • Lead and manage team members performance and development, proper staffing, and work allocations.
    • Ensure team members engagement, development, sustain and retain employees.
    • Oversee and assure team members training quality and positive overall experience.
    • Oversees and reviews internal and external audit procedures, initiate changes according to audit feedback.

    Qualifications:


    • University degree / Bachelor of Sciences in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting, represent an advantage.
    • At least 3 years of experience in one of the process areas, (namely, O2C, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) of which at least 1 year in a similar (department/process) managerial role.
    • Proven experience in supervising a team within Accounts Receivable processes in a complex and international business environment. 
    • Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements.
    • Solid end-to-end process understanding. 
    • Ability to lead, develop and mentor team members.
    • Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills.
    • Stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills and very strong continuous improvement skills.
    • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
    • High-Proficient Excel skills and experience with SAP.
    • Target and result driven.
    • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
