Celebrating Our Third Great Place to Work Certification!

What is the Great Place to Work certification? 

The Great Place to Work certification is a globally recognized benchmark for workplace excellence. Conducted worldwide, it is based on the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Model, which evaluates companies across five critical areas: Pride, Respect, Credibility, Fairness, and Camaraderie. 

Positive results across all areas 

This year, we have surpassed our previous results in all five areas of the GPTW Model, including most of the survey statements. The results show that our employees reported feeling more fairly compensated for their work, expressed a stronger desire to remain at our company long-term, and recognized an increase in special event celebrations.

Compared to the benchmark of other companies in Poland, with over 500 employees included in the ranking, DB Schenker Technology Center stands out positively in some areas, especially in the perceptions of our management team. Our employees believe that our managers avoid favoritism and acknowledge honest mistakes as part of doing business, contributing to a supportive and fair work environment. 

Promising feedback from our youngest employees 

We are particularly proud of the feedback from our youngest employees, born in 1998 and later. Impressively, 100% of this group finds our managers approachable and easy to talk to. They also frequently mention that our company encourages a healthy work-life balance and that people genuinely care for each other here. This positive response is significant, as this demographic usually expects employers to ensure the highest standards in those areas.  

Looking ahead 

Receiving the Great Place to Work certification for the third time is not just a milestone for us; it's a motivation to keep improving. In the coming weeks, our managers will present these survey results to their teams and plan improvement actions based on your valuable input. This collaborative approach will help us address any areas needing attention and reinforce the aspects that make us a great place to work.
