    1  Responsibilities 

          1.01  Lead and command a team of operations staff 

          1.02  Goods control of stock inventory and accountability 

          1.03  Ensuring the smooth operation and cooperation with the Team members 

          1.04  Ensure orders are picked and packed to meet on time delivery 

          1.05  To ensure daily targets are met according to agreed lead time 

          1.06  To carry out processes that comply to QHSE 

          1.07  Supervise daily warehouse house keeping 

          1.08  Perform and supervise warehouse activities like stuffing/un-stuffing of containers; receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing and releasing of goods 

          1.09  Able to operates lifting equipment in a safe manner when authorized by the company 

          1.10  Arrange weekly cycle count and/or annual stock count of various customers 

          1.11  To assist Executive in the day to day operation and task assigned from time to time 

               

          Authorities 

          2.01  Over time arrangement

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA) 
    • Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) 
    • Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas. 
    • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate and present to multiple stakeholders. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively. 
    • Frequently voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance. 
    • Communicate effectively with internal / external customers. 
    • Good analytical skills to review both financial and operational data. 
    • Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation. 
    • Good leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees. 
    • Good in working with numerous data to define, implement and monitor KPI and provide data driven insights and identify areas for improvement



    Experience and Qualification 


    • Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder. 
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations 
    • Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning. 
    • Detail oriented, analytical and innovative. 
    • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment. 
    • Conflict Management skills are essential 
    • Strong planning and organization skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
    • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential
    •  Excellent knowledge of general warehousing processes 
    • Strong computer skills 
    • Experience in warehousing, logistics services.
