The Application Support delivers the service for the IT service management processes, i.e. ensuring the smooth operation of the application.

IT Service Desk’s mission is to be a single door to support for all IT users on a day-by-day basis. Its primary aim is to restore the service to the users as quickly as possible. The IT troubleshooting area encompasses the applications of the new IT landscape and all IT infrastructure services. It is aiming for providing technical support, on a 24x7 basis.
