Your tasks
- Support and drive continuous improvement of the Central Track and Trace Service
- Take care of demands end-to-end
- Organize software development
- Work close together with the business, with the software developer and all connected services/systems
- Functional testing. Verification of software deliveries. Verifying results in databases/applications
- 2nd level support of existing functionality within the service
Requirements
- We believe that you have several years of experience of working with service / application management or a solid technical background and experience / interest in requirements work. Previous exposure in Logistics Industry is an advantage
- Graduate qualification in computer science, information systems or related disciplines, or proven working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience collaborating in international and remote teams
- Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with analytical skills
- You are interested in getting to know the needs and processes of the business and you have ability to adapt to how new business and IT solutions work
- You have experience of working with functional and non-functional requirements and you can communicate about problems and solutions, both at business level and technical level
- Working experience from, or in-depth knowledge about at least one or two of the areas:
- Web services and APIs, including common data formats (JSON, XML) and descriptions for REST and SOAP (Open API, WSDL)
- Databases and SQL
- EDI

Join our Information Management (IM) team in the Global Technology & Data (GTD) department. We drive standardized and scalable IT services worldwide, including Customer Track & Trace Solution, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI), Data warehouse / Datamart solutions based on global Operational Systems, Finance SAP system and other data sources.
To our team in Warsaw, Poland, managing the Central Track and Trace Service (CTTS) for Land Transportation globally, we are currently seeking a Senior Application Specialist.
You will work on the border between business, our users and our IT suppliers. You will work with requirement, demand and testing activities, 2nd level support and ensure an efficient and smooth day-to-day service operation.
