- Troubleshoot and define problem statements for operational issues escalated from the floor.
- Coach and guide 3PL partners to resolve immediate operational disruptions.
- Resolve Level 1 SAP/system issues in collaboration with Intel IT.
- Escalate Level 2 system issues with clear problem statements and drive resolution via ticketing.
- Partner with content experts to experiment and support operations in problem-solving.
- Act as key contact and validator during system downtimes.
- Support quality investigations through system data analysis and root cause identification.
- Serve as BCP representative for system-related issues: consolidate and raise L1 notifications, execute BCP plans, attend crisis meetings, and manage 3PL BCP readiness.
- Conduct and review BCP drills per CPLG requirements.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and system integrity.
- Support testing of new/upgraded systems and close improvement gaps.
- Provide scheduled operational reports and submit accurate CSI reports (shift, weekly, monthly) to management and customers.
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Professional Certificate or Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
