Senior Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Demand Management team and P&O team regarding charging details for new and existing demands
• Deliver high-quality collaboration with Partners within the IT&D 
• Collaborating with other Global Delivery Hubs to achieve a synergy effect 
• Securing the correctness of data and information (budget, forecast, employees) for sales purposes
• Issuing the intercompany sales invoices in SAP and processing invoices required for forced posting 
• Support in creating and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial reports by securing the correctness of data and information for sales purposes
• Comprehensive analysis of incomes and costs according to their origin and types, identification of cost drivers and cost reduction potentials
• Creating and updating regular operational reports
• Supporting other functions in the Company in creating and maintaining the offer of the Company to internal stakeholders
• Point of contact for global IT Controlling Schenker AG regarding the global IT cost settlement model 
• Maintaining data quality in Bee360
• Support for IT B2B Contractors (onboarding, support with invoicing, settlement of business trips, working hours register)
• Support in preparing the necessary information for auditors

Qualifications:

• Good analytical skills, process thinking
• Good understanding of management information needs, financial reporting, and accounting standards
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) 
• Strong ability to work in virtual teams
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office standard software
• Working experience in an international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
• General knowledge of IT services and management accounting
