Operations Specialist – Leasing Company

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for handing day-to-day operations of the leasing program, building out and reporting on daily, weekly, monthly metrics, and growing the number of trucks in the program.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Ensure day-to-day operational activities are completed. 
• Write new rental agreements. 
• Provide customer service to any Owner Operator working with in the company. 
• Grow the fleet and maximize utilization. 
• Answering phones, emails, and chat requests. 
• Update existing reports and develop additional reports, as needed. 
• Partner with other departments in the organization to identify opportunities to maximize the Leasing Company product.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• This is a specialist role. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are required. 
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required. 
• High School or equivalent required, college degree preferred. 
• Generally, 3-5 years related experience preferred, 1 year experience with transportation or transportation sales required.
