Warehouse operator – Pandora

Pandora MC Lead is responsible for performing and managing a variety of routine and manual and or clerical duties in support of Pandora Mini-cluster operations.

• Receipt issue, storage, handling and transport of materials and the courteous interaction with customers and subcontractor team leader upon collaboration
• Verify the accuracy of inbound shipments and the quantities arriving into the facility
• Other duties include cycle counting, data entry and filing as the job necessitates
• Service part replenishment, Warehouse return and shipping of customer orders against established service agreements
• Diligent care of mini-cluster handling equipment
• Use of handheld and scanner devices
• Supporting Pandora engineer with various daily request

Skill Required

• Proficiency with the current MS Office (Excel) and IT applications, preferably familiarity with WMS(JDA) systems and Google applications
• Reasonable English language skills to communicate with int. customers and Hardware operations engineers in MC.
• Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required
• Proficient in the use of Mac Operating Systems and Google Docs
• Public Safety and Security Understanding
• Knowledge of operations excellence, 5S, continuous improvement and best practice sharing

Experience and Qualification

• Prefer a minimum 3 years-experience in Warehouse operation
