- Develop and maintain customer relationships with assigned customers
 - Identify new sales opportunities from existing, assigned customers
 - Maintain and grow existing business
 - Negotiate customer contracts for business renewal
 - Seek new business development opportunities
 - Follow implementation and re-implementation programs
 - Update existing quotes and generate quotes for new trade lanes
 - Maintain customer records, review customer SOPs, and update as necessary
 
Competencies and Skills required:
- 2-4 years of customer service or key account management experience
 - Advanced social, soft, and communication skills
 - Superior presentation skills
 - Customer service orientation
 - Relationship management and influencing skills
 - Sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills
 - Sound understanding of freight forwarding industry and relevant industry legislation
 - Tertiary studies in a related discipline (e.g., International Trade, Business degree, MBA)
