Your tasks

We are looking for a flexible and agile team player to support the migration of the application into the new IT eco system. In the role of a project manager, you will primarily be responsible for the necessary administrative and supporting activities in an agile squad.

You coordinate the numerous project phases and tasks, including development, testing, general planning and rollout activities. You own the vision and are responsible for the rollout to the Project Management role that will require close contact to both internal and external partners.

Tasks and responsibilities

Implementation of content and organizational tasks in the context of TMS Ecosystem target IT landscape.
Rollout vision ownership, responsibility of scheduling and setting up the project milestones.
Assistance in setting up and organizing an efficient and effective development team and service delivery, training offers and publications
Close coordination and collaboration with all project members, the product-owners and other relevant internal/external parties.
Documentation and organization of stand-Up meetings, retrospectives and planning meetings
Support with required configuration and test activities in close coordination and leadership of the other squads

Requirements

Completed Bachelor's degree in subject area relevant to the task, such as Business Informatics, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience.
At least 3-5 years of proven experience in an agilely organized IT department, ideally with Scrum methods.
Experience in managing projects including project management methodologies
Good organizational skills, flexible and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and to improve their content.
Fluent in written and oral English (business language); further language skills are an advantage.
Good (user) knowledge in the field of Microsoft Office as well as in agile tools such as MIRO, JIRA / Confluence or ServiceNow.
Willingness to travel

TMS Ecosystem Rollout

Global IT Land and Digital Solutions is the responsible IT department for the efficient and digitized development and operation of the worldwide DB Schenker Land transport. Our IT solutions support business processes along the entire value chain from quotation to billing.

We are constantly working on finding optimal IT solutions and accompanying the productive implementation in the DB Schenker national subsidiaries.
