Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing various routine, manual, and/or clerical duties.

• Receipt issue, storage, handling and transport of materials and the courteous interaction with customers

• Verify the accuracy of inbound shipments and the quantities arriving into the facility

• Other duties include cycle counting, data entry and filing as the job necessitates

• Processing and shipping of customer orders against established service agreements

• Must be willing to participate in alternate shifts

• Diligent care of warehouse handling equipment

• Develop and maintain procedures/processes that improve customer service

• Use of handheld and scanner devices, automation system.

Skills Required

• Proficiency with the current MS Office and IT applications, preferably familiarity with WMS/ERP systems

• Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required

• Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required

Experience and Qualifications

• College degree.

• Background experience in logistics warehouse (more than 3 years)

• SAP or WMS experienced person (preferred)

• Excel excellent
