- Location: Heathrow
- Hours: 7:00 to 19:00 / 4on 4off
What will you be doing?
- Monitor and action generic email boxes promptly.
- Interact with Warehouse and Transport for freight collection and breakdown.
- Ensure timely processing of consols and their transfer to relevant branches.
- Handle customs compliance tasks, including T1 forms.
- Manage handover and Irish billing procedures.
- Oversee Coastwise/Irish freight operations.
- Implement cost control measures effectively.
Requisitos
About you
- Previous experience in the role in Airfreight.
- Customer focus.
- Willingness to learn.
- Effective communicator and ability to multitask ,
- Committed to quality.
- Excel and Word knowledge.
