Service hours and exceptional schedules at the turn of the year
Our offices are closed during Christmas holidays and New Year.
Collection Point shipments will be delivered according to the normal schedule. The last delivery date for the e-commerce packages to consumer customers is December 20, so that the shipments arrive at their destination before Christmas.
Our customer service is open during the weekdays at 8 am – 4 pm. Our virtual assistant Betty is happy to help you on public holidays as well.

Delivery times for our international shipments are four working days longer than usual during the Christmas holidays and at the turn of the year. The change in the distribution date will be shown directly on the DB SCHENKER connect when you place your order. Domestic shipments will be transported in accordance with the exceptional delivery and pick-up dates in the pdf document above.
