DB SCHENKERpharma + includes specific services: trained procedural staff, temperature measurement, a dedicated customer information system, return management, adapted handling, sanitary crisis management, dedicated storage areas and labeling. specific.

With this new range of dedicated services, the DB Schenker Group is responding to a market whose logistics are constrained by the respect of Good Room Distribution Practices (BPD). The packages are treated as part of a transport adapted, controlled and controlled, which offers visibility and transparency throughout the supply chain.

To meet the requirements of this market, on 2 January 2018, DB Schenker obtained CERTIPHARM certification for domestic ambient temperature transport of medicines for human and veterinary use. Accredited by the COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee), the certification commits DB Schenker to provide high-quality logistics services that comply with the most demanding standards of the healthcare professions.

CERTIPHARM is a specific reference system that evaluates the measures taken to control the transport of packaged health products. It certifies the respect of procedures and standards, in particular as regards labeling, traceability, hygiene or security.

This certification is based on the ISO 9001 standard, meets the requirements for good manufacturing practice (GMP) and laboratory (GLP) and is currently being certified internationally with Cofrac approval. The big difference with ISO certification is that CERTIPHARM ensures the health of the end user while ISO ensures the health of the company.
