- Performs recruitment, selection and replacement system for DB Schenker Arkas, works in coordination with the managers for related issues and processes
- Being the first contact point between the company and the subcontractors
- Following on a daily basis legal matters about the leased staff in coordination with agencies
- Controlling monthly payroll processes for the subcontractor/agency employees
- Being responsible for all HR activities and employee relations for related accounts
- Provides counsel, support, planning and problem solving to managers and employees on human resources issues
- Delivers organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve in-house performance
- Performs all functions of Human Resources for employees of DB Schenker Arkas in an advisory capacity.
- Reports and follows for all the result of work and transmits the results to related department
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across all Human Resources functions (recruitment, performance management, subcontractor management, etc.),
- Preferably experienced in HR operations within the Contract Logistics department,
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced level of MS Office program usage,
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Resident in Istanbul Asia&Gebze
