Senior Human Resources Business Partner(*)

• Performs  recruitment, selection and replacement system for DB Schenker Arkas, works in coordination with the managers for related issues and processes
• Being the first contact point between the company and the subcontractors
• Following on a daily basis legal matters about the leased staff in coordination with agencies
• Controlling monthly payroll processes for the subcontractor/agency employees
• Being responsible for all HR activities and employee relations for related accounts
• Provides counsel, support, planning and problem solving to managers and employees on human resources issues
• Delivers organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve in-house performance
• Performs all functions of Human Resources for employees of  DB Schenker Arkas in an advisory capacity.
• Reports and follows for all the result of work and transmits the results to related department 

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across all Human Resources functions (recruitment, performance management, subcontractor management, etc.),
• Preferably experienced in HR operations within the Contract Logistics department,
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced level of MS Office program usage,

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Resident in Istanbul Asia&Gebze
