Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customs administration team supporting international clients across Europe.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and oversee risk management in customs processes.
- Plan department strategy, structure, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
- Define and monitor departmental goals through KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with company branches and clients within global business services.
- Drive process optimization and maintain operational procedures.
- Prepare reports on team performance and support budget execution.
- Identify training needs and conduct quality audits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a role with similar expertise.
- Experience in team management.
- Higher education, preferred fields: Transport, Logistics, Law, Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1).
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate in an international environment.
- Team building skills.
- Ability to manage risks and ensure process compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret performance reports and KPIs.
- Proactive approach to process optimization and problem-solving.
