What will be your challenges
- Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures
- Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
- Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks
- “Go Live” support after introduction of new solutions
- Supporting the processing of service requests
- Handling of incidents and problems (2nd level support) and assignment, control and escalate to 3rd level support
- Configuration of software parameters to meet business requirements by using the existing data
What You Need to Succeed
- Basic knowledge in IT support areas (Applications, Problem, Incident, Customer Service, ITIL).
- Strong commitment to quality, learning, flexibility, and dealing with complexity.
- Customer and service orientation with a global mindset.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English.
- Logistics experience preferred.
- Qualified IT Specialist
- Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience in large multi-national organizations

Role Overview
At Schenker Mexico, we are looking for an Application Support Specialist who will be responsible for the support and operation of application services (2nd Level Support) as well as application maintenance. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of IT service management processes, contributing to the stability and performance of our applications.
