- Carries out Inwards Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
- Carries out Stock Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
- Carries out Order Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
- Maintains effective communication with Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Provides Value Added Services to customers including re-tagging, labelling, plugging and other rework activities.
- Provides support to all other areas as required by Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Ability to work proactively
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Moderate level of computer literate (including Excel)
- Sound knowledge of RF scanning and WMS system
- Preferably with 3PL / Supply Chain experience
- Preferably with Customer Services experience
