IT Recruiter (fixed term contract for 14 months)

Join the internal P&O team as the IT Recruiter to support talent acquisition, candidate experience and onboarding processes. 

Your tasks: 

• Handle end-to-end recruiting processes 
• Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data is up to date in the internal reports 
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company 
• Advise Hiring Managers on the best practices and hiring strategies 
• Use various sourcing methods to recruit and network with potential candidates 
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure internal data quality in the reports, employee branding activities and other actions related to onboarding 
• Ad-hoc support in other HR-related topics

Our requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT industry 
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes 
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Good Excel skills 
• Experience in an international environment 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates 
• Self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities 
• Open to working in the hybrid mode (work 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw) 
• Open for a fixed-term contract - 14 months
