Customs Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the customs administration team supporting international clients across Europe.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and oversee risk management in customs processes.
• Plan department strategy, structure, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Define and monitor departmental goals through KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with company branches and clients within global business services.
• Drive process optimization and maintain operational procedures.
• Prepare reports on team performance and support budget execution.
• Identify training needs and conduct quality audits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a role with similar expertise.
• Experience in team management.
• Higher education, preferred fields: Transport, Logistics, Law, Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent knowledge of English (C1).
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate in an international environment.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to manage risks and ensure process compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret performance reports and KPIs.
• Proactive approach to process optimization and problem-solving.
