Data Centre Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview:
As the backbone of our data centre operations, you will ensure the smooth functioning of hardware and support our technicians with parts upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform hardware upgrades and replacements
• Manage inventory to ensure parts availability and process efficiency
• Maintain detailed documentation and generate insightful reports on maintenance activities
• Uphold stringent compliance with security protocols and quality assurance standards
• Address a variety of ad hoc tasks, maintaining organisational standards within the data centre

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in data centre operations, preferably with supervisory experience
• Robust IT and computer skills, with hands-on experience in data centre environments
• Strong understanding of WMS systems; experience in a 3PL or technical environment is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
• Superb communication skills and proficiency in English
• Holds a diploma or equivalent in a technical field; additional certifications in IT or computer science are advantageous
• Must be an Australian citizen (essential for security clearance)
