Project Implementation Manager, Contract Logistics/SCM

• Primary contact window with customer on all assign projects including liaison with regional office.
• Take lead on all project discussion with the customer and be the internal lead for coordinating internal resources (Operations, IT, QA, Legal, HR and Procurement) and communication of project requirements.
• Working with operations team to achieve the target performance and business results.
• Organize and prepare reports and performance measurement for regular business review with customer.
• Develop, review and implement the SOP together with operations based on customer's requirement.

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in 3PL operations of which 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Logistics experience in e-Commerce industry preferred.
