• Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
• Monitor shelves and fill them in when needed
• Place orders with suppliers when inventory is low and also order packing and shipping supplies when needed
• Contact Customer Service and resolve any shipping/cargo issues

• Set priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Perform daily forklift safety checks
• 5S duties & delegation
• Fluent in English
• Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail
• Knowledgeable in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office
• Higher Nitec or above
• Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate receiving employees and train new employees
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
• Strong communication skills
