Responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate multiple processes within your department, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality 
• Guide, coach, and motivate employees to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team 
• Pay attention to development and well-being; identify issues early and offer support where needed 
• Ensure proper staffing (daily planning, vacation scheduling, prioritizing, time tracking)
• Work with your Supervisor to achieve KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs, and 5S 
• Continuously improve processes and procedures 
• Keep employees informed and engaged through scrums and team meetings 
• Foster a positive, open work atmosphere where everyone feels heard and valued
