Join our team in Baldonnel, as a Warehouse Operative!
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help ensure the efficient, accurate handling of high-value, sensitive products while meeting performance and safety standards. This is a local role where your reliability and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.
Location: Baldonnel
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
What will you be doing?
- Picking, packing, and moving sensitive equipment with care and accuracy
- Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance with PPE and SOPs at all times
- Reporting any incidents, hazards, or inventory issues promptly
- Participating in safety and operational projects
- Keeping accurate records and supporting stock integrity through audits and cycle counting
- Collaborating with your team to meet business and customer targets
- Supporting other warehouse tasks as needed

- Has a strong awareness of Health & Safety and quality standards
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable, organised, and focused on detail
- Works well in a time-driven, high-performance environment
- Communicates effectively and takes ownership of their responsibilities
