  • Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-ins, and issue security passes.

  • Answer calls and emails professionally, directing queries as needed.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.

  • Conduct visitor inductions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

  • Provide general administrative support to the site manager.

  • Coordinate cleaning requests, maintenance contractors, and appliance servicing.

  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked office and kitchen environment.

  • Assist with internal communications, events, and site-wide announcements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant previous experience in reception, office coordination, or administration.

  • Strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using modern administration technology.
