Simple, fast, and safe package deliveries

With DB SCHENKERparcel you can send packages to companies within Sweden, to Europe or the world. Everything is easily booked in your TA system. Our tracking system makes it easy for both consignees and shippers to follow a package from start to finish.

With the service DB SCHENKERparcel ombud you can send parcels via our service points to consumers and small companies in Sweden. Your customers can easily choose the service point that suits them best for the pickup.

  • For smaller items up to 20 kg.
  • Maximum length per package is 1.8 m and maximum length plus circumference is 3 m.

You can also send parcels via our parcel agents in Denmark and Finland.

With DB SCHENKERparcel hem, the goods are delivered home to your recipient during daytime or in the evening.

  • A home delivery may contain packages of a maximum of 30 kg per package and with a maximum of 99 kg or 99 packages per shipment.
  • Maximum length per package is 2 m and maximum length plus circumference 3 m.
  • Evening delivery takes place on certain postal codes, see the tour list.

Delivery can be paid COD - a safe way for you and the customer to secure payment before delivery to the consignee. COD means that we do not deliver the goods until you have been paid through our paySCHENKER service or through the service point.

Transport of dangerous goods in limited quantity
With us, you can also send items containing dangerous goods of limited quantity, at no extra cost. All you have to do is ensure the correct marking on both the package and the EDI.

If you send refrigerators, freezers, TVs or similar items, it works best to send your package through one of our DB Schenker terminals.

  • For shipments that weigh 20 - 999 kg.

  • Maximum length per package is 2.4 m and maximum height is 2.2 m.

  • Our terminals are open 07:00 - 18:00 (local differences may occur).

A delivery can be sent COD - a safe way for you as a customer and shipper to secure payment before delivery to the recipient. COD means that we do not deliver the product before you have received payment through our service paySCHENKER

You can ship to companies regardless of whether they are in Sweden, Europe or elsewhere in the world. And that only requires one freight transaction regardless of the country.

Through our 1600 service points you can ship packages to private persons and small companies within Sweden. Your customers themselves can select the service point that suits them best. Read more here!

Regardless of where you and your customers are in Sweden, we can pick up packages from you and deliver directly to your customer's residence. To make this as convenient as possible for your customer, we deliver during work days in the evening - in the areas where evening delivery is not available, we can offer to leave the package outside during the day.
