Updated pallet fee

Due to the global shortage of raw materials, there is a lack of EUR pallets in the market. This has led to a significant price increase, both for new and used EUR pallets. As a consequence, Schenker AB will adjust the pallet fee in our pallet transfer system. As of December 1st, the fee for unbalanced pallet debt will be 200 SEK per pallet.

A negative balance per March 31, needs to be adjusted before April 20. If not, you will be charged the adjusted pallet fee.

Claims for correction of pallet balance notices must be submitted to the nearest DB Schenker office no later than ten (10) days from the issued pallet balance notice. If no claim has been made within the period mentioned previously, the number of pallets will be debited the Customer in accordance with the pallet balance notice and the DB Schenker terms and conditions of transport applicable at the time.
