How does it work to book and ship with us?

We transport what you want, where you want. But first you need to have a customer number. When you have it, you can book immediately.

  1. The first step is to select a service with us. When you have made your choice, click on the “product template” you are interested in.
  2. Fill in the template with your information. If you get stuck, you can contact our customer service.
  3. After you have filled in the template, you can choose to print out a freight document. A waybill should be printed out on a white A4 piece of paper. You can print out or order label materials for a transport label format like 2xSTE with item number STE361.
  4. Attach the waybill and the transport label on the product or package.
  5. Wait for us to come and pick up your shipment - or drop it off at your nearest DB Schenker terminal.
