    We are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Vantaa, Lieto, Lempäälä or other of our locations in Finland. The position is permanent.

    Responsibilities

    In your role as KAM, you are responsible for the business and the commercial development of selected key customers. You work with all of DB Schenker's business units; Land, Ocean and Air and Contract Logistics.


    Through your ownership of the customer, you stay well versed in the customers' businesses and needs. Through the business understanding and creating good relationships with both customers and colleagues, you will be able to offer our customers efficient and sustainable logistics solutions of the best quality.


    Your work takes place through goal-directed activities and negotiations/renegotiations with our customers. As KAM, you also work with developing activity and business plans, regularly working with these as well as Schenker's goals and guidelines.


    Furthermore, you are also responsible for managing contracts and contract review processes.

    We are looking for you

    - You have a higher education within a suitable field.

    - Have at least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or business development/sales

    - Have a business-mind, is results-oriented with a high level of ambition

    - who is a trust-inspiring and relationship-building person with high social skills and an interest in people

    - with the ability to work independently and in team-environment

    - with a flexible, solution-oriented mind and being an experienced decision-maker

    - Has good computer skills. (You can use Excel and Powerpoint, and if you have experience with CRM systems, it is an advantage)

    - You speak and write Finnish and English fluently (Swedish as an advantage)

    - Have driver's license
