WMS Super User (CL)

Objectives of the Role

• Collaborating with the SAP- IT team and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the SAP WMS system.
• Provide Operational support for implementation , before Go-live & during Go-live.
• Prepare working instructions for SAP workflow , training team with the support of end user training manual and  Facilitating smooth transitions.

Responsibilities 

• Act as a liaison between the Warehouse OPS team and the IT department, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT team and Operations team to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the SAP WMS system.
• Testing new system functionalities to ensure seamless integration and operation (before & after go-live).
• Gain a detailed understanding about the system & process flow from IT team and provide operational support. 
• Provide go-live support for all users in the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Provide ongoing end- user support and addressed system-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems promptly.
• Perform daily system health checks and audits to ensure that established processes and procedures are followed accurately.
• Prepare working instructions (SAP -user guides ) , Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective system adoption and utilization.
• Provide refresher training to all end-users and accountable to train end-users on new changes in the system.

• At least 3 years local market experience in contract logistics as superuser for SAP or SAP end-user. 
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
