Вашите задачи
- To support the Regional Operational Excellence team in maintaining global standards for Air freight products in Europe
- Support in monitoring and producing KPI reports and analysis tools
- Assist, coordinate and contribute to monthly Country/Cluster alignment calls
- Support in developing new reports and dashboards to analyse and monitor KPI's and trends
- Actively contribute to regular OPEX Team meetings to drive standards within the organisation
- Helping to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKR) cycles for the region
- You support in ongoing OPEX projects and deployment activities
Изисквания
- Pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong academic record
- Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros using VBA
- Experience in building and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models, with a good understanding of DAX functions and their applications
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, allowing for efficient data extraction, manipulation and modelling
- Experiences with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to apply quantitative methods to solve real-world problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
