Operations Assistant - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

1. Perform cargo loading and unloading functions.
2. Conduct physical verification and tallying against documents, and perform surface inspections upon cargo receiving.
3. Arrange cargo in the correct warehouse zone and assign locations.
4. Issue cargo based on location, part number, quantity, and pallet ID as stated in the pick ticket.
5. Ensure the retrieval of goods is based on location, part number, and quantity as stated in the pick ticket.
6. Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety compliance.
7. Ensure all work and duties are performed in accordance with the SOPs and process controls.
8. Support physical inventory and internal cycle counts as required.

1. Minimum PMR (Passed), with SPM preferred.
2. Knowledge of warehousing or logistics is preferred.
3. Must be able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Must be able to write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Good mathematical skills are required.
6. Good interpersonal skills.
