- Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
- Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
- Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
- Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
- To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
- Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
- Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
- Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software
Strong multitasking skills and a customer-oriented approach to handling inquiries efficiently
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
