What will be your challenges?

  • Lead and coach a team of 4 analysts to deliver high service standards.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in ocean freight, logistics coordination, or freight forwarding.
  • Education: University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
    • Team player with initiative and resilience under pressure.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics terminology (Incoterms, B/L, customs).
    • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Mindset: Service-oriented, organized, proactive, and quality-driven.
  • Extras: Knowledge of GDP standards and logistics systems is a plus.

Role Overview

As the Customer Service Ocean Supervisor,  you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of ocean freight shipments for assigned customers, while ensuring compliance with GDP standards. You will lead a team of four analysts, ensuring process efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with operational SOPs. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, external providers, and key clients, supporting continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational performance.
