This role is responsible for the shipping and receiving and other warehouse related duties. Tasks & Responsibilities: •Processing customer orders – which may include picking, packing and inspecting shipments •Daily communication with transportation companies and customers •Receiving •Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs •Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies •Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and receipts. •Daily warehouse housekeeping •Participating in inventory control and cycle counting •Liaising with other departments to address delivery and receipt inquiries •Becoming an effective team member by participating in process improvement initiatives •Performing other general administrative/warehouse duties and tasks as assigned

Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: •Completion of high school •Warehouse experience preferred, including knowledge of warehousing processes and equipment. •GMP trained when required •Trained and certified to operate materials handling equipment (MHE) when required, with a proven safe track record •Must be able to continuously lift, push, and pull items up to 50lbs •Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize •Work effectively as a team player
