We are currently recruiting for an AOG Operator to become an integral part of our AOG team at our London Heathrow location. Get ready to provide efficient and proactive service to our valued AOG customers, both domestic and overseas.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30
- Location: London Heathrow
What will you be doing?
- Handling all aspects of operations with exceptional customer service at the forefront.
- Monitoring and promptly responding to emails, ensuring timely action.
- Coordinating collection and delivery with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Utilising our internal Procars system to generate shipping documentation.
- Preparing export processes using Sequoia/CDS entries, adhering to UK HMRC regulations.
- Exploring alternative solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Offering operational support to the Aerospace Team, contributing to their success.

- Previous experience in an AOG environment is crucial.
