Role Focus

• Lead the planning and development of security and risk strategies
• Implement DB Schenker and customer security management standards
• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of security systems
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party consultants
• Develop, implement, and review emergency, crisis, and incident-related plans
• Conduct security investigations and liaise with statutory/regulatory bodies
• Plan and initiate security protocols for new product launches
• Implement target hardening strategies
• Develop post-audit action plans

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in security operations management within logistics or warehousing. You should have a sound understanding of TAPA A requirements and demonstrated experience in managing TAPA A certifications. Experience with bonded facilities would be advantageous.

An exceptional communicator with experience in developing and mentoring high-performance teams, as well as a strong track record in managing protracted special projects alongside daily operations, would thrive in this role. Does this sound like you?
