This position is responsible to declare shipment via ALDEC system based on Customer Company
status and adhered Royal Malaysian Custom Act.
Verify, check, and validate all documents such as invoice, packing list, and AWB for correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
Ensure accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system with the correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment is declared.
Attend customs refresher training, if any.
Accept any job responsibilities assigned by the Superior.

Minimum SPM with at least three (3) years of working experience in the logistics industry
Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an advantage
Knowledge of customs management systems is an added advantage
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
