- Handle customer e-claims and input claims to Webclaims.
- Review supporting documents to initiatively define Schenker liability in each case.
- Work with involved parties or Insurer (if any) for Recovery.
- Track claims status with customer/vendors for claims payment.
- Track insurance brokerage payment from insurance company (if any)
- Manage the interfacing process between Webclaims to SAP.
- Update claims statistics on a quarterly basis and upon requests by Management/RHO.
- Pull out figure from SBI to calculate the rate (e.g: frequent rate, turn out rate) as RHO requests.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager
- Good English communication (speaking & writing)
- Open minded, willing to learn with can-do attitude
- Service oriented, resourceful and independent
- Strong problems solving skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Be able to work on the tasks at least 4 days per week - full-time 5 days per week is a plus
