- Voice of the Customer: Act as the main contract holder and customer advocate for our major global electronics partner.
- Strategic Alignment: Sync supply chain needs with DB Schenker's vast portfolio of logistics products and solutions.
- Commercial Growth: Keep an eye out for emerging market trends to identify and leverage long-term commercial opportunities.
- Performance Review: Engage in regular service performance evaluations with key stakeholders, using KPIs and metrics to foster continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and effective cost management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Extensive background in strategic 3PL sales account management, preferably in the electronics industry
- Demonstrable skills in commercial and operational leadership, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Advanced expertise in large-scale contract negotiation and maintenance
- Proven ability to communicate, coordinate, implement, and manage sustainable change within a large-scale enterprise
- Sound understanding of international supply chain concepts, logistics systems like WMS and TMS, and best practices. A focus on Contract Logistics and Transport is particularly beneficial
