Ihre Aufgaben
- Delivers existing training programs, including induction training, for all employee levels;
- Designs and deliver new soft-skills trainings for SGSB employees;
- Takes part in the design, roll out and maintenance of Talent & Development programs related to employees onboarding, career management and talent development;
- Proactively identifies learning needs in the organization;
- Manages external suppliers for talent and development solutions;
- Administer the end-to-end training process: from attendance list to updating relevant databases and measurement of feedback, impact and return on expectations.
Anforderungen
- 2-3 years' experience in delivering learning solutions to medium sized groups of participants (aprox 20);
- 1-2 years in designing trainings and workshops;
- Knowledge of BPOs or Shared Services environment is a plus;
- Understanding of adult learning principles in the content development process;
- Working technical knowledge of MS office;
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
- Ability to understand complex environments;
- Flexibility to change;
- Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;
- Very good Romanian and English language skills verbally and in writing;
- ''Train the Trainers'' certification preferred;
